The website is for information and promotional purposes only: it presents the property, the services offered, photos of the apartments, stay information and blog articles.
The website does not conclude booking contracts or collect payments directly.
3. Bookings and payments
How booking works
By selecting the “Book” button, the user is redirected to an external Property Management System (PMS) that handles availability, booking, payment, stay confirmation and the related contractual terms.
The accommodation contract is concluded exclusively on the external platform when the booking is confirmed.
The prices, cancellation policies, payment methods and privacy notices that apply are those published by the PMS at the time of booking.
MOONSTONE INVESTMENTS S.R.L. does not directly handle online payments made through the PMS.
4. General house rules
Guests must use the accommodation with care and in compliance with the house rules communicated before check-in.
In particular, it is forbidden to:
- exceed the maximum number of authorised guests;
- damage the property, furniture or equipment;
- behave in a way that breaks the law or the building regulations;
- use the accommodation for purposes other than an authorised tourist or temporary stay.
5. Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times are those stated in the confirmation received from the PMS or communicated directly by the property. Requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to availability.
6. Limitation of liability
MOONSTONE INVESTMENTS S.R.L. strives to keep the information on this website up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors, technical interruptions or temporary unavailability of the service.
The company is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the website, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence as provided for by Italian law.

All website content (texts, photos, logos, graphics, blog articles and multimedia materials) is protected by copyright law and remains the property of MOONSTONE INVESTMENTS S.R.L. or the respective rights holders.
